The home is a large, modern service operating at near full occupancy, supported by strong regional operations alongside dedicated sales, marketing, and on-site customer relationship management. As General Manager, you will hold full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, team engagement and resident experience, while driving continuous operational improvement and ensuring the service operates in line with regulatory and organisational standards. Requirements Proven experience managing large care homes.Strong tenure in previous roles.Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.A track record of improving culture, performance and operational standards.Experience within private-pay or premium care home environments is highly desirable.Ideally a clinically qualified manager, although strong non-clinical leaders may also be considered.
