This is a well-performing, large nursing, residential and dementia service with a Good CQC rating, requiring an experienced nurse-qualified manager to lead the home and maintain high standards of care and operational performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring full compliance with CQC and clinical governance standards Lead and support nursing and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care Maintain strong clinical oversight including audits, medication management, and risk management Drive occupancy, performance, and team stability across the home Work closely with senior leadership to sustain and build on current standards To be considered for the role, you will need: Active UK NMC PIN (RGN) Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting Strong clinical governance and compliance experience Track record of maintaining or improving CQC ratings Confident leadership style with the ability to manage large teams The role offers a salary of 75,000, depending on experience.
