ER Advisor - 3 month FTC
The Employee Relations Case Manager will lead end-to-end investigations across complex and sensitive cases, producing fair, high-quality reports aligned with ACAS and employment law. The role supports managers through the ER process while contributing to improvements in templates, training materials and wider ER practices.Client Details I''m currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Case Manager on a 3-month contract (with potential to extend). Based in Nottingham on a hybrid basis, paying £45,000 equivalent via umbrella.
