To be part of a dynamic training team – Trainers coming together to learn from each other and support one another.Work closely with the Training Manager and Senior Training Officer who will support you in your role.Training provided annually.Routes Academy support admin team will handle course bookings and post-training paperwork; schedule operates on a 6–8 week cycle to aid planning.Routes Academy aims to develop both trainers and workers, with opportunities to progress careers.Our Digital team is on hand to assist with IT needs.What we offer

Someone passionate about putting people firstStrong organizational and time-management skillsFlexible approach to workingHolding or working towards a Training qualification at level 3 or aboveExperience delivering high-quality training in Moving and Handling, Medication, or Basic First AidExperience working in healthcare, personally or professionallyDriver with access to own car; travel is involvedYour Trainer role will include
Deliver a portfolio of mandatory trainingDeliver and uphold high standards while providing training across service hubs in the North or as requiredTrain and assess applicants on care mandatory coursesDeliver quality refresher training in line with policy timeframes or ad hocMaintain complete and accurate training recordsComply with safeguarding and safety regulationsKeep skills and knowledge up to date with legislation, policies and proceduresCollaborate as part of a team for future development of new training initiatives
