Deliver all elements of substantial career focussed programmes including: teaching, mentoring, learner reviews, timely feedback and assessmentPlan and prepare high quality teaching and learning for primarily classroom and some online delivery and/or assessmentDevelop and share resources with the teamSupport, develop and assess learner work on accredited provision at a range of levelsComplete reviews of learner progress towards achievement of individual learning goalsContribute towards the quality assurance processes of the teamWhat We Are Looking For
