The role involves delivering personalised tuition in line with the student''s EHCP requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one Maths and English tuition to a Year 10 pupilDeliver lessons tailored to the student''s individual learning needs and EHCP outcomesSupport engagement, confidence and academic progressAdapt teaching methods and resources appropriatelyMaintain clear communication regarding progress and attendanceCreate a positive and supportive learning environmentRequirementsExperience supporting secondary-aged studentsGood knowledge of Maths and English at KS4 levelExperience working with EHCP students or additional needs is desirablePatient, flexible and encouraging approachEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Right to work in the UKAdditional InformationTuition to take place across 2 days per week2.5-hour sessionsImmediate start available subject to compliance checks
