A leading client-side property business is looking for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-profile commercial properties across Birmingham.
This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of multiple sites and maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across multiple high-profile properties.
- Manage service providers to ensure delivery of hard and soft FM services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, statutory regulations, and internal policies.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, clients, and contractors.
- Manage PPM schedules, budgets, and service charge reporting.
- Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and asset improvement initiatives.
- Proven background in multi-site FM management, ideally within commercial real estate.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and contractor management.
- Clear and confident communication skills with a professional approach to stakeholder management.
- Relevant FM or H&S qualifications (e.g. IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM) preferred.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
