We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join a client-side propco, managing a portfolio of properties in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in facilities management or for a current FM looking to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day management of the property portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services
- Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Support budgeting and cost control activities
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver excellent service
- Some experience in facilities management or a related field
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues promptly
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
