You will ensure the plant is running smoothly through the continuous improvement of maintenance schedules. You will have senior leadership responsibilities and will have the opportunity to effect important business decisions.

This role would suit a Engineering Manager from a heavy industry background looking for a role within a large stable company who will offer you the autonomy to make the role your own.

The responsibilities:

* Leading the Maintenance team in a range of planned and reactive maintenance
* Planning and developing effective maintenance schedules
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
* 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

* Experience working in industrial / plant environment
* Engineering qualification
