OverviewThis is a fantastic role for an enthusiastic Learning and Development Business Partner which offers a diverse range of responsibilities and the opportunity to progress in what is a rapidly expanding organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

Working with the HR team and co-ordinating all types of training on behalf of staff members

Supporting the use online training system to all employers across the Company

Co-ordinating the administration and logistics for all learning and development activities

Providing support for the development of training programmes to ensure a smooth training journey for staff

Ensuring that new starters are onboarded on learning paths and instructed on use of online system

acting as main point of contact for all LandD queries from employees
