Your main aim is to ensure the customer''s sale/purchase is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Sales Progressor duties Include: Looking after a portfolio of properties that are under offer Subject to Contract Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys and renegotiations, helping clients complete their legal paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange Update and maintain notes on your portfolio, keeping all parties involved constantly and fully updated with the progress on a weekly basis Organising your own daily workflow Committed to getting the files to exchange as quickly as possible so it''s important keep all plates spinning!
