Key Responsibilities Manage property sales from memorandum of sale through to exchange and completion, keeping everything on track with developer deadlines and KPIs.Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, estate agents, and other key partners to keep communication flowing and progress seamless.Proactively update all parties-buyers, vendors, solicitors, advisors, developers-to maintain momentum and avoid delays.Liaise with third parties such as managing agents and local authorities to gather essential information and resolve chain-related matters.Prepare clear, accurate weekly Excel reports showing the status of each transaction.Monitor the sales pipeline, spot risks early, and take action to keep things moving.Resolve issues quickly by collaborating with solicitors and other stakeholders.Lead weekly
