The nursery can accommodate approximately 40 children (currently not at full capacity) and is open each day for 51 weeks a year from 08:00-18:00, Monday-Friday. You will be supernumerary as this will enable you to run the nursery effectively from a pedagogical and business perspective. You will be responsible for leading the team of practitioners to deliver outstanding teaching following the EYFS method whilst ensuring the business model delivered is sustainable and profitable. We are looking for a Nursery Manager who has the following: Qualifications: A minimum NVQ level 3 in Early Years (degree preferred) A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate A valid Food Hygiene certificate A valid Safeguarding Lead certificate Knowledge and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record
