You''ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, champion high-quality practice and build strong relationships with children, families and the team. Key responsibilities Lead the nursery''s daily operations to deliver a safe, nurturing, high-quality environment. Drive standards in teaching, planning and assessment in line with the EYFS. Ensure robust safeguarding and health and safety compliance at all times. Coach, support and performance-manage your team; oversee rotas, supervision and CPD.
