As CFO, you will lead all financial functions, providing strategic insight and operational oversight to support business objectives. You will partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and private equity investors to shape and execute growth strategies, optimize capital structure, and ensure robust financial governance.Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and audit activities ensuring accuracy and transparency.Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation to maximize return on investment.Drive business partnering across functions to provide actionable financial insights.Support MandA activities including due diligence, integration, and value creation initiatives.Collaborate with vc partners on reporting, strategic planning, and exit readiness.Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader within a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.Experience working with private equity-backed companies and familiarity with PE reporting and governance requirements.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.Expertise in financial modelling, capital raising, and MandA transactions.Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.Seniority level
