Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to join the executive leadership team.The RoleAs CFO, you will play a central role in defining and delivering the financial strategy, ensuring robust governance, and enabling the company’s next stage of growth. Working in close partnership with the Chief Executive and Board, you will provide the financial insight and strategic leadership required to guide decisions on investment, international expansion, and commercial opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting to drive sustainable growth.Manage investor relations, fundraising, and financial communications.Ensure rigorous financial controls, compliance, and risk management.Partner with the executive team on strategic initiatives, including MandA.Build and develop a high-performing finance function to support global operations.Provide commercial insight to guide RandD investment and market strategy.The CandidateWe are seeking an exceptional finance leader who combines strategic vision with practical delivery.Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader within life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.Demonstrable experience in capital fundraising, investor relations, and board-level engagement.Strong knowledge of financial regulation and governance in a regulated sector.Commercial acumen, with a background in supporting growth within innovative, scaling businesses.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience of international expansion and cross-border operations.Proven track record of supporting significant growth events such as private equity investment, public listings, or large-scale strategic transactions.Why Join?This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth, purpose-driven company with an ambition to transform healthcare.
