The Role As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading a dedicated team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Managing warehouse layout, inventory systems, and tyre/equipment planning to maximise efficiency and space. Overseeing all goods in/out processes, ensuring compliance with company procedures. Coordinating vehicle fleet maintenance (servicing, MOTs). Supporting facility and equipment maintenance schedules. Ensuring timely and accurate shipment loading/unloading. Assisting the Property Manager with building maintenance. Taking a lead role in Health and Safety management and reporting. What We re Looking For You are an experienced and hands-on warehouse leader with: 3 5+ years of warehouse management experience (international goods handling desirable). FLT licence and full driving licence. Proven ability to lead teams and manage performance. Strong planning, problem-solving, and logistical skills. Excellent communication and organisational ability.
