As a Warehouse Manager/Branch Operations Manager, you ll support branch operations, oversee warehouse and delivery teams, and drive performance while ensuring company values and policies are upheld. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop warehouse operatives and logistics teams. Manage resource requirements and oversee warehouse operations. Ensure efficient stock handling and timely order deliveries. Analyze performance, problem-solve operational challenges, and maintain compliance. Conduct employee performance reviews and support branch KPIs. Requirements: Proven leadership in warehouse or logistics operations. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Customer service experience and ability to adapt under pressure. Competent with Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse management systems.
