HR Business Partner- 12 month contract
Work with the business leadership team and the Senior HRBP to deliver the People Plan, providing coaching and support to leaders. Offer proactive, value-adding HR guidance on medium-term and operational people issues across the function/route. Client Details Well known business within the Transport industry Description Work with the business to deliver the People Plan, including talent, succession, and change initiatives.Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide coaching, advice, and challenge where needed.Provide hands-on HR support across areas such as organisational change, senior hires, pay, and early careers.Deliver cost-effective people solutions that meet business needs and gain stakeholder buy-in.Promote strong people management across the business and support the HR operating model.Partner with wider HR teams and Centres of Expertise to deliver the best outcomes.Work with Union representatives to support business priorities.Collaborate with HRBPs in other areas to address cross-business issues Profile Essential Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business needs.Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders.Customer-focused, with clear evidence of delivering results.Experience implementing HR best practice to drive performance.Skilled in coaching and influencing senior managers.Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Ability to identify, develop and retain talent.Solid HR technical knowledge (CI
