Your new companyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a highly reputable, Glasgow-based organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, drive meaningful organisational change, and influence a high-performance culture across a diverse stakeholder group.Your new roleYou will act as a trusted partner to the business, delivering the People Strategy and providing expert guidance across talent, succession, organisational change and employee relations. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and the confidence to coach, challenge and influence at senior levels.Your Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders to deliver the HR Strategy and People Plan, supporting talent development, succession planning and cultural improvement.Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders, providing coaching, challenge and strategic HR insight.Lead on operational HR activities, including organisational change, senior appointments, reward processes, and early-career programmes.Deliver integrated, cost-effective people solutions aligned to business objectives.Champion strong people management capabilities across the organisation and reinforce the HR delivery model.Work collaboratively with HR Centres of Expertise, Shared Services and wider HR teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Engage effectively
