About Our ClientOur client is a public open space Management Company with an ever-increasing portfolio of over 340 housing developments (representing over 40,000 customers) throughout England and Wales. Their open spaces include a variety of features such as extensive soft landscaping, play areas, roadways, street lighting, drainage. They also have an ever-increasing desire to improve the ecological value on their developments and provide added value to their communities.You will be part of their Customer Care team and have responsibility handling a broad range of questions from customers predominantly by email and phone. This busy and varied customer focused role requires someone with a passion for customer service and the ability to see a task through to the end and follow up as appropriate. Their ideal candidate will have proven experience handling multiple queries, thrive under pressure and have a positive can-do outlook.Duties will include:Putting their customers as the first priority, with clear and effective communication.Providing professional and effective first line support to customers by telephone, post and email.Aiming to satisfy as many queries as possible at first point of contact giving a prompt, courteous and detailed response.Ensuring all queries are logged on their CRM system, escalated if appropriate and responded to within the appropriate timeframes.Manage customer expectations effectively and ensure the highest service levels are maintained at all times.
