Customer Service Administrator
Location: Eurocentral
Salary: -25,000 per annum, 37.5 hour week
Contract: Temporary, until December 2025

Are you organised, proactive, and great at communicating? We''re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Logistics client on a temporary basis until December 2025. You will be on site for training for 1-2 weeks and then be able to work fully remotely, with the expectations to be on site when required by management.

You must be available to start immediately or within 1 week for this immediate start position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling out to delivery drivers to confirm route coverage

• Navigating and using various internal systems efficiently

• Updating live spreadsheets with real-time data

• Gathering updates from delivery drivers and rounds to keep information accurate

• Working on the area spreadsheet to update with different outcomes

What we''re looking for:

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep data up to date

• Comfortable working with live data and tracking systems

• Reliable and detail-oriented
