This is a permanent, full-time position with travel to site and office in the Residential Building Sector. Prior experience working for a Developer, working with either RC frame projects, cladding/recladding, are a huge advantage and will be prioritised. Key Responsibilities:Manage site operations in collaboration with the Senior Technical Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly and aligns with the agreed schedule.Play a key role in implementing health and safety measures, ensuring compliance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, and completing all necessary health, safety, and environmental documentation.Manage the flow of design information and technical documents, including surveys, reports, and consultant proposals. This involves coordinating with consultants to ensure designs meet project requirements and securing the necessary approvals. Possess a strong understanding of civil engineering, utility coordination, and design management, including a solid grasp of S104, S38, and S278 agreements. Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, landscape architects, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent design
