NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade, Construction Management, Site Supervision, or related fieldProven experience in a supervisory role within repairs and maintenance or constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry practicesSMSTS certificationCSCS (black/white card)Proficiency in IT and project management softwareFull UK driving licenceReady to make your mark?
