Manage contracts, variations, claims, and final accountsLead multiple projects, coordinating design, fabrication, and site teamsAct as main client contact, attending meetings and providing updatesControl budgets, forecasts, and reporting while driving cost efficienciesEnsure compliance with HSE, environmental, and quality standardsThe Requirements

Proven Contracts Manager experience in structural steel/architectural metalworkStrong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT, NEC)Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects effectivelyRelevant construction/engineering qualificationAbility and willingness to travel around the UK (Every so often)Desirable

Professional body membership (CIOB, RICS)BIM/digital project delivery experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
