HR Business Partner
Our client-based Newcastle Upon Tyne is one of the UK''s largest providers of high-quality housing and integrated housing, health and social care. They require a HR Business Partner to work as part of a wider HR and HRD Department for an initial period of 3 months. The role has the opportunity to extend for a further 12 months.You will be providing invaluable support to your stakeholders through your involvement with skills and talent mapping, effective people management, supporting and enabling change, and using data and insights to find evidence-based solutions to problems and to make continuous improvements. Duties and Responsibilities will include: Building great relationships as someone our customers want to work with and highly value the insights, input and positive attitude you bring to the table. Follow the CIPD principles that work matters, people matter and professionalism matters, in all that you do. Favour a digital and self-service model, equipping others to move to that same place and to consider the art of the possible where more traditional ways of working might be a barrier to making positive progress. Demonstrate sound and in-depth knowledge of our client''s people policies, processes, and guidance documents across the HRD spectrum.
