Associate HR Business Partner Full-time Newcastle Hybrid (4 days on-site) Permanent Paying up to £55k Are you a people-focused HR professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is a great opportunity to work as an Associate HR Business Partner, supporting a busy operational site while helping shape a more modern, streamlined HR service. The Role In this broad generalist role, you ll provide day-to-day HR support while also contributing to ongoing transformation projects as HR processes move into a shared services model. You ll partner with managers across the site, build strong relationships, and support both operational needs and longer-term people priorities. Key responsibilities of the Associate HR Business Partner: Supporting the integration and improvement of HR processes, with a focus on simplification and standardisation. Partnering with managers to develop a people-first culture and align HR activity with business needs. Providing generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle. Coaching managers through employee relations matters and helping build capability. Supporting organisational design, talent management and succession planning. Driving engagement initiatives and contributing to a positive, inclusive culture. Ensuring compliance with HR policies, employment law and best practice.
