The Role We are looking for a hands-on Remedial Site Manager with a trade background in bricklaying, roofing, or carpentry. This is a practical, site-based role where you will both carry out and oversee remedial works across residential and commercial properties in London. You will manage your own sites and work independently, delivering a range of structural, waterproofing, and external repair works. Key Responsibilities Supervise subcontractors and carry out hands-on remedial works, including: Brick repairs and masonry works Roofing repairs, re-roofing, waterproofing, leadwork etc External decorations Render and fa ade repairs Carpentry repairs / windows Complete structural and waterproofing repairs. Manage sites from start to finish. Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard. Order materials and complete basic site reporting. Travel between London sites as required. Requirements Trade background in bricklaying, roofing, decorations or carpentry preferred. Experience in remedial works. CSCS card (essential). SMSTS / SSSTS or willing to complete training. Ability to work alone and take responsibility for sites. Good knowledge of UK health and safety requirements. Full UK driving licence.
