This company has double in size in the last 12 months due to successful tendering and already have a very health pipeline of work for 2026. The Opportunity We are looking for a Project Manager who has a proven record of accomplishment completing new build warehouses and refurbishment of storage unit from start to completion from out of the ground. From £5m - £20m value size, The right candidate will be hands on, eyes and ears on site as well as, making sure the programme is being met on time. The project Includes The contract will deliver a new build Industrial Storage £8m over a 14 month Contract. The Candidate must prove they have run new build industrial sheds out of the ground to completion. Strong experience with Steel Frame / Cladding and Multi Unit New Build Industrial Sheds, working for a Main Contractor.
