OverviewFAMILY SOLICITOR – LOCUM, 5 + PQE, CIRCA £40 - £50 PER HOUR, LONDON.

We are looking for a skilled Locum Family Solicitor to join a respected legal team on a temporary basis, starting immediately. This assignment is expected to run for a minimum of three months and offers the flexibility of working from home for up to 50% of the time. JOB REF: 1002

Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload that includes both public and private family matters, with Legal Aid Supervisor status.

Engage with clients and stakeholders, providing clear, responsive and high-quality client care.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with family law experience.

Capability to work autonomously on a busy caseload.

Strong understanding of Legal Aid Agency requirements and compliance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
