The Role

To manage a caseload varying in complexity of family law matters through to completion

Matters will include legal aid domestic violence and supporting individuals through the process

The Person

A qualified Solicitor, CILEx or Barrister with a current practising certificate

Experienced in dealing with legal aid family matters is essential

A panel membership would also be essential
