We are currently recruiting for a Technical Manager to work for our team based around London. Responsibilities: • To act as the principal client facing technical expert across all service lines • Provide the onsite teams with general engineering support as required and in emergencies • Provide Business Development team technical support to provide solutions to meet varying customer requirements • Liaise with wider business solutions to promote innovations in both new technology and service solutions • Act as Senior Authorised Person/Authorising Engineer for the division • Provide occasional OOH support for account teams (planned and emergency) • Produce standardised documentation and processes that can be utilised and tailored by the site teams (i.e., Forward Maintenance Register, Risk Registers) • Support business development managers with new opportunities • Provide investigation and root cause analysis across the division as required, producing reports and learning from experience documents to be shared internally/externally • Liaise and work in partnership with the QHSE team • Promote customer experience
