Adthena is a customer-value oriented business. The Customer team in London consists of Account Management and Customer Success roles. We work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure client success and alignment across the company.Responsibilities
During the first 30 days, learn about the product, the business, tools, and processes to set you up for successAfter 60 days, arrange calls and in-person meetings with key stakeholders on a pre-assigned client list; manage up to 30 clients as appropriateDrive engagement via monthly catch-ups and contribute to Quarterly Business ReviewsCo-own client success plans, guiding milestones to achieve value and capturing outcomesAct as a trusted advisor and deliver strategic insights and best practicesBe the voice of the customer and provide feedback to product and managementAfter 90 days, conduct Business Reviews with senior stakeholders to foster client health and referable relationshipsAfter 12 months, aim for 90%+ gross revenue retention and deliver value on current subscriptions with upsell opportunitiesAfter 18 months, develop a proven track record as an Adthena CSM with potential for advancementWho We Look For

Minimum 2+ years managing Google Ads/search accounts for clientsStrong understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape and PPC, including the Search ecosystemExperience in client-facing roles with stakeholder skills up to C-levelStrong analytical skills (Looker, Tableau or similar)Customer-centric approach focused on delivering valueDesired Experience
