Commercial experience working as a Customer Success Manager, ideally within a SaaS organisationThis company values top academics so is looking for a 2.1 or 1st-class degree from a top university and at least AAB at A Level (please ensure academics are on your CV when applying)You are able to easily grasp technology and are intrigued by the impact AI is havingA motivated self-starter with a problem-solving attitudeAbility to work with autonomy and as part of a teamGreat communication skills with fluent spoken and written EnglishResponsibilities for Customer Success Manager
You will be a central font of knowledge ensuring an excellent customer experience to the users.You will be liaising with clients, sales team and technical teamsExecute seamless handovers between pre-sales and post-salesHelp clients get the most out of the software product, overseeing customer engagement and fostering client relationshipsSolve client problems and resolve issues/queries quickly and help with user adoptionAct as a voice for the customer, providing insights to internal teams to enhance service deliveryMaximise customer renewals through user engagementWhat this offers
