You will use your aerospace industry knowledge to foster strong relationships with existing aerospace customers and subcontract suppliers, and be involved in growing existing client business. You will work as part of a team of 5 account managers. Main Duties Actively and successfully manage the sales and order book process. Manage existing and new customer accounts. Evaluate customers requirements then define and manage internal actions to fulfil them. Prepare and submit to the customer all products and documentation to obtain technical and delivery approval. Be responsible for conducting regular account reviews with key clients and be the first point of contact for customer needs to feedback to the other cross functional team members to ensure customer support is given. Report, analyse, follow-up, evaluate and respond to any kind of customer complaints in cooperation with the Sales Director. Represent the company at any trade shows and client meetings when required.
