- Competitive salary up to -37,315 per annum, dependant on experience
- Shift premiums of -4.49 per hour for late shifts
- Overtime paid at time and a half, subject to availability
- -1,000 signing-on bonus

- Servicing vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines, including routine checks and maintenance
- Repairing and replacing faulty parts and components
- Conducting comprehensive vehicle inspections
- Diagnosing faults using vehicle diagnostic tools
- Working on medical equipment, electric, and hybrid vehicles
- Supporting fleet maintenance tasks across a variety of vehicle types including vans, tractor units, and trailers
- Promoting health and safety compliance within the workshop
- Assisting with vehicle repairs related to alternative fuel technology
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in light or heavy vehicle maintenance and repair
- Proven workshop experience across all vehicle maintenance disciplines
- UK driving licence with minimal points (C1 7.5 tonne licence advantageous but not essential)
- Ability to live within reasonable commuting distance of Avonmouth
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a workshop setting
- Organised, reliable, and capable of working to deadlines
- Initiates tasks independently with good communication skills
- A team player with a professional attitude and pride in work
- Experience or knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles is desirable but not essential; full training provided
