Vehicle Technician Required, in Brislington

The dealership is looking to recruit a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. Duties:-

• Perform fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures
• Accurately identify vehicle faults and communicate findings to the Service Manager
• Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and performance standards
• Complete work within specified timeframes while maintaining high quality
• Adhere to health and safety policies and dealership regulations
• Support team efforts to meet workshop targets and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain thorough and precise documentation of all work carried out
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs
• Keep the workshop environment clean, organised, and safe
• Assist with additional tasks as required in the busy service environment

Requirements:-

• Qualified Vehicle Technician with IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Experience working in a franchise dealership environment is preferred
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
• Holding an active MOT licence is highly advantageous; full training will be provided if needed
• Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Motivated with a dedicated approach to delivering high-quality work
