- Successful experience of managing behaviour of pupils.
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
What are your responsibilities£
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to meet diverse learning needs, with clear objectives and assessment strategies.
- Support SEND pupils through differentiated tasks, structured learning, and targeted interventions.
- Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to inform planning and report to parents and stakeholders
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for pupils.
- Lead or contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
- Maintain high professional standards, participate in school events, and engage in ongoing professional development.
