SEND Teacher (full-time, permanent)Stockport£33,244 - £36,199 per annum (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)Start date: September 2025The role A vibrant, supportive and very highly regarded special needs school in Stockport is seeking to appoint a full time SEND Teacher to deliver a SEND curriculum to students with complex educational needs. Ability levels can vary considerably and a willingness to deliver more than one curriculum area is desired for the role of SEND Teacher. You will be joining a new state of the art school with advanced resources and you will have access to an exceptional training package that will support you in developing your specialist SEN skill-set. Requirements The desired SEND Tutor will have: Experience working within a SEND school or with children/young people with physical or learning disabilities of some sort is essential for this teaching role. SEN teaching experience is strongly preferred primary / EYFS experience desirable.Possess a recognised UK teaching qualificationExperience of teaching SEN students with complex communication and educational needs.The skills to help complex SEN students succeed following a multi-disciplinary approach.
