We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support schools across Hertfordshire for roles starting in September 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children''s learning and development within a classroom environment.

• Position: Teaching Assistant
• Location: Watford, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans and Bushey
• Start Date: September 2026
• Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Contract Type: Term Time Only

• Supporting pupils within the classroom
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where required
• Assisting with classroom preparation and activities
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential
• Must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, proactive and adaptable attitude
• Right to work documents will be required prior to interview
