We have a mandate from a mid-cap PE house for an Interim Retail CFO with a Transformation and change cv. This candidate will be the go-to for the fund when investing in retail companies and will know what good looks like to PE and PLCs.Responsibilities

Serve as Interim Retail CFO with a focus on transformation and change within portfolio companies.Act as the go-to finance expert for the fund when evaluating and supporting retail investments, setting expectations of what good looks like for PE and PLCs.Lead integration, carve out and MandA activities as part of investment and portfolio optimization.Qualifications

Background as an International CFO.Experience in interim and transformation projects rather than business-as-usual roles.Ability to work overseas and fly-in, fly-out of Europe.Experience of integration, carve-out and MandA.If you are interested in exploring, please apply.
