We have a mandate from a mid-cap PE house for an Interim Retail CFO with a Transformation and change cv. This candidate will be the go-to for the fund when investing in retail companies and will know what good looks like to PE and PLCs.Responsibilities

Serve as Interim Retail CFO with a focus on transformation and change within portfolio companies.Act as the go-to finance expert for the fund when evaluating and supporting retail investments, setting expectations of what good looks like for PE and PLCs.Lead integration, carve-out and MandA activities as part of investment and portfolio optimization.Qualifications

Background as an International CFO.Experience in interim and transformation projects rather than business-as-usual roles.Ability to work overseas and fly-in, fly-out of Europe.Experience of integration, carve-out and MandA.If you are interested in exploring, please apply.
