NEC4 Service Manager
Our Blue Chip Public Sector client are looking for a NEC4 Service Manager with an expert knowledge of NEC4 including contract administration, compliance with contractual obligations. Ideally will possess NEC4 certified. The position is for 6 months initially, extension likely and will be Hybrid with on site in London 1/2 a week. Please note this must be via an Umbrella companyKey Responsibilities:To be responsible for fulfilling the duties and obligations of the NEC4 Service Manager on behalf of the Client including:Contract AdministrationCompensation Event ManagementPayment AssessmentEarly Warning ManagementProgress MonitoringDispute ResolutionRisk ManagementRequired Skills and Knowledge:Deep understanding of NEC4 PSC contract terms and conditions as well as proven experience of usePreferably NEC accredited Project ManagerExperience with NEC contract management software such as CEMARStrong project management skillsProven experience in client-side contract managementExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including previous experience of leading, managing people and working across functions/disciplines to deliver objectivesAbility to analyse complex situations and make informed decisionsExperience in contract administration and dispute resolutionPreferably chartered/qualified or working towards RICS, APM etc Please email initiallyReasonable Adjustments:Respect and equality are core values to us.
