Service Manager We are seeking an experienced and committed Service Manager to lead supported accommodation services for young people in Lambeth. Position: Service Manager Salary: £37,880 per annum (including London weighting) plus pension and other benefits Location: Lambeth, London Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Permanent Closing Date: Sunday 2nd November, 2025 About the Role As Service Manager you will oversee a group of supported accommodation services across Lambeth, Twickenham and Greenwich. The service supports young people aged 16 to 25, including those at risk of homelessness and unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people. You will manage five properties and lead a team of Progression Coaches, Night Progression Coaches, a Senior Coach, a Floating Support Worker, an Apprentice and volunteers. Working closely with Lambeth commissioners and the Leaving Care Team, you will ensure high-quality, safe and responsive services.
