Duties

- Handle customer parts enquiries with excellent service
- Accurately identify, pick, and dispatch parts swiftly
- Manage stock control and inventory
- Supply parts to workshop technicians
- Organise parts logistics and delivery runs
- Support team and report to the Business Owner

Requirements

- Extensive experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within classic or performance automotive sectors
- Strong personal interest in automotive projects and vintage cars
- Mechanical experience is a plus but not essential
- IT literate, familiar with electronic parts catalogues
- Valid UK driving licence with minimal points; Category B+E preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
