Building Services ManagerTier 1 Full Time, Permanent Role Do you want the opportunity to join one of the UKs leading National contractors? Are you an experienced Building Services Manager?Duties and responsibilities: Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chainResponsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manualsCollate the team project reports and provide a summary report to the relevant director relating to the projects that you are aligned toWork closely with Design Teams to assist in Design Management of specific MandE PackagesReview technical submittals from sub-contractors and provide input to bids / pre construction/ project teamsManage the coordination of MandE Services on sites in conjunction with day to day project delivery teamChecking quality of installations by sub contractors on siteManage commissioning and sign off BS systems What are they looking for? Someone from either a main contractor, consultancy and or subcontractor background Experience of both mechanical and electrical servicesExperience of preconstruction and deliveryInterested in the opportunity above?
