Building Services Engineer We are searching for a Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a company we have partnered with who is a leading Building Services company in London and the South East. They are a growing company and are therefore looking for 2 Building Services Engineers to join their team! Mobile Building Services Engineer - More about the role: The role will entail carrying out PPM and reactive works on a range of commercial properties around London. This is a mobile role so a company van will be provided. Properties include office premises, schools, hospitals etc The role is client facing so excellent customer service skills are a must! They need someone to ''hit the ground running'' so strong experience is key. The role requires the engineer to have either an electrical or mechanical bias in their skillset. Mobile Building Services Engineer - More about you: You will have at least two years experience in a Building Services Engineer role carying out PPMs and reactive works. You will have experience of working in a client / customer facing role. You will be required to compile reports on the works you have carried out so knowledge of Excel, emails, smart phones and IT skills are important.
