Based at the Heart of Hounslow Health Centre (HoH) but delivering care across the entire borough, our team works wherever people need us - from community clinics to homes - ensuring individuals and families receive timely, life-changing support.EIP is about early, proactive intervention: helping people experiencing a first episode of psychosis to recover, rebuild their lives, and achieve their aspirations. You''ll lead a skilled, passionate MDT - including a Team Lead, Band 6 clinicians, and specialist practitioners - in delivering evidence-based interventions that meet national EIP standards such as NCAP and the Access and Waiting Time targets.If you have the drive, leadership, and vision to deliver exceptional care and innovate for the future, we''d love to hear from you.
