Manage the caseloads of 6 social workers Quality assure all casework and ensure high standards of recording via supervision Provide consistent supervision, professional development planning, mentoring and coaching Attend critical decision-making meetings including CP conferences, legal planning, court hearings, adoption tracking, and more Quality assure statutory reports, court documents, parenting assessments, supervision audits and more Lead on continuous improvement in service delivery using evidence-based practice Liaise with senior leaders regarding complex cases, performance, and strategic planning Represent the team at Scrutiny Panel and other forums to drive performance
