Electrical Project Engineer - Central London - £350-£400 per day CISThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement, technical submittals and drawings on a commercial office fit out project.Role/Responsibilities

Read, understand and scrutinise specificationsAssist with management of design stageProcurement of sub-contractors, kits and plantAssist with preparation of contract documents (e.g., Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFIs)Coordinate and manage direct labourInstruct and coordinate site managersProgress reportingOverseeing commissioning and testingWork with Quantity Surveyor on commercial accountsPreparation of OMs for final project handoverThe ideal candidate

Experience managing projects to a minimum of £5m Electrical valueA minimum 5 years’ experience in a management roleIdeally subcontracted to main contractors such as Multiplex, Mace, Lendlease and KierMust be technically astute and a good people managerSeniority level
